STORMHEIT
Formed by Stormheit during the early months of 2005. Later that year A.O. joined the band as a session member playing drums & handling the recording process.
First demonstrational tape "Calling The Spirits Of Hate" recorded at the end of the year 2005 and released early 2006 by Storming Death Music.
First full-length recorded during Spring 2006, released as "Awakening Of The Conqueror" tape LP by Storming Death Music and later re-released with 2 more songs as "Caelic Weold Finnum" CD 2009 by Descending Towards Damnation (Fin).
Second full-length "Kvenland", based on the mythic tale of ancient Finland, was recorded during summer 2008 after almost 2 years of working with the songs. By this the drummer A.O. was not considered anymore as session member, but another working part of this entity. "Kvenland" was released spring 2009 by legendary label Darker Than Black (Ger) and Totenkopf Propaganda (Gre).
Third full-length "Chronicon Finlandiae" has been in the works since Autumn 2009 and is now recorded, mixed and mastered. The epic masterpiece will be released in early 2011 by No Sign of Life Records (Fin). The lyrical concept of the album is based on the poem "Tarina Suuresta Tammesta" by Eino Leino and is the first one to be sung entirely in Stormheit's native language Finnish. 10 songs and over 75 minutes of Epic Pagan metal dwelling in the deepest national romantic emotions of finnish mindscape.
